waiting

waiting

(xprocess inspired by puja! though i wasn't too thrilled by the processing effect, i learned a good bit and i dig the "evening light" look although it was shot in the afternoon.) this lady was waiting on her ride outside of a d'town new haven church, i was able to get a few shots of her before she noticed me.

Hmm very strange. How did you meter the shot? It totally doesn't look like any cross processed shots I have seen in the past.

Maybe it was possibly underexposed.

hey there! yeah, you tried the cross process shot! i did most all of mine in broad daylight. yours seems to be in the evening and/or shade. did you push/pull?
puja: 01/19/2004 2:34 PM
regardless, i really do love this shot.

it was around 2:30 or 3 though i don't remember the exact time of day. she was in the shade and i was in a shaded area accross the street. the shot is underexposed though i didn't log the details. no push or pull during processing.

thanks for all of the comments!

Hmmm ya cause xprocessing tend to work better when it it bright and sunny or if the exposure is a tad over exposed
